At Paal.co, we deliver fresh, raw cow’s milk directly to your doorstep through a prepaid subscription. As this is a perishable and consumable product, we do not accept returns once the product is delivered.
However, we’re committed to your satisfaction. If:
You receive a damaged bottle, or
There’s a delivery issue, or
You face any concerns with quality
please contact us immediately at getmilk@paal.co or WhatsApp us at 82 20 30 20 20, and we’ll resolve it promptly—either by replacing the bottle or offering a credit toward your next delivery.
You can cancel or pause your subscription anytime through your Paal account or by reaching out to us directly.
